During a published interview, a phrase was mistakenly used to describe a service that contravened FSA regulations.

How

The original publisher corrected the article but a media outlet had reported the original story and were unwilling to update their content to reflect the correction. The negative content appeared in Google's search results for the individual's name and company.

Both lacked a broader online presence due to the nature of their specific area of business therefore we created a broad, professional presence on the key social media and industry platforms and promoted these profiles via SEO techniques. These platforms soon out-ranked the negative article and after 6 months the offending article was on page 3 of Google's results.
