Operating as part of a large national chain, the client had highly specialised facilities that were underutilized


Using PPC initially and then SEO, the key challenge was to raise the profile of the facilities in 10 key cities and surrounding areas.


The client offered multiple services in a particular health-related service sector so it was important that the website structure was optimal for both SEO and PPC. Local rank was as important as national rank for example.

Due to the fact that there were a large number of lead sources (customer advertised on TV and radio), attribution was initially difficult but methods were implemented (web-only telephone numbers for example) to enable more accurate tracking and therefore more realistic ROI projections.
