Search marketing now occupies a larger portion of the advertising spend than TV, radio and print. There are a number of reasons for this but it's not just because there's an audience - it's because search marketing allows adverts to be displayed to a targeted and relevant audience giving increased return on investment for the advertiser. Search marketing is also the only form of advertising that has continued to grow (source: IAB) despite the UK still being in recession (as of November 2009).

Search marketing will continue to grow - in fact we believe this is very much the start and it will become even bigge. Many local businesses are unaware that search engines are widely used as business directories meaning that there are incredible opportunities for local businesses to reach their local audience online. This is known as local search marketing and we are about to launch a number of low-price products and services in that space.
